Frontier Village features new exhibits

Frontier Village has plenty of new features this summer meant to get anyone who has been there before to drive up Mill Hill and visit again.
 
When it opens on May 24, Memorial Day weekend, Frontier Village will be the site of the only surveyor’s museum in North Dakota.
 
The new Land Surveyor’s Museum is largely the work of one Jamestown man, LeRoy Kautz, chairman of the North Dakota Society of Professional Land Surveyors. Kautz knows quite a lot about surveying, past and present, in this part of the country.
