How to Submit an Abstract

1. Find a session track relevant to your topic.
2. Read and follow the submission guidelines for ESRI Software Users and/or Business Partners.
3. Login or create a UC Account to submit online.
No Product Advertisements
At no time is it permissible for a presenter to use his/her time slot to advertise or promote a product, service, or company. This rule will be strictly enforced. Conference Registration Is Required.
All presenters must register for the conference in which they wish to present. Acceptance as a presenter does not register you for the conference, and registration fees are required.
Submission Guidelines for ESRI Software Users
* You must be an authorized ESRI software user or business partner.
* Your title may not exceed 10 words.
* Your abstract cannot be longer than 150 words (anything exceeding 150 words will not be accepted.) * No more than four abstracts can be submitted by the same company or department within an organization.
* Abstracts and presentations must be in English.
* Do not write in all CAPITAL LETTERS.
* The information you enter is used for publication on the Web site, in the agenda, and on CD-ROM.
* No bullet points or numbering should be used.
Because of the large number of submissions, there is a limited number of presentation slots available. We cannot guarantee that all authors of accepted presentations will be able to present.
All presenters have the opportunity to have their presentations published on the Web and in the conference proceedings.
Submission Guidelines for ESRI Business Partners
* Follow all guidelines for Users.
* List your client as primary author. You can be listed as a secondary author.
* Describe your client's success and how ESRI software provided a solution.
* Do not advertise your services or products.
* Abstracts submitted contrary to this policy will be rejected.
