Geospatial Holdings, Inc. has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Geospatial Mapping Systems, Inc., in conjunction with Carollo Engineers, has successfully completed its initial project to map and locate various pipelines for Denver Water in Denver, Colorado.

Vincent Hart of Carollo Engineers, stated, "Geospatial Corporation provided excellent service specific to our project needs and was well versed in a wide range of locating technologies, which allowed them to quickly and effectively narrow in on the best technologies for this project, the utility materials and the soil conditions."

Mr. Hart went on to say,  "The Geospatial team was very conscious of the utilities when physical examination (potholing) was required and kept safety at the forefront of the investigation. Locating critical utilities such as natural gas and chemical feed lines was important to the success of the project, and Geospatial's approach provided a high level of comfort, which resulted in successful data capture without any problems and minimal inconvenience to plant staff. Geospatial was very interested in providing the information in a format that was useable by all of the project stakeholders and worked hand-in-hand with the Denver Water survey group to provide a useful deliverable with robust quality control."

Mark A. Smith, Geospatial's CEO stated, "We look forward to providing more of these same types of services to Denver Water and continuing our relationship with Carollo Engineers. Our technology provides cost-effective methods and time saving features that continue to benefit many municipalities and utility owners."
