Muhlenberg Township, Pa. - Bursich Associates, Inc., a full-service civil and environmental engineering, planning, and surveying firm based in Pottstown, Pa., participated in the Reading Muhlenberg Career and Technology Center Career Day on March 24, 2010, by having a student team up with one of its survey crews for the day.

Roberto Medina, a junior at Reading Senior High School that attends the Carpentry class, helped Bursich surveyors Matt Prout and David High at Albright College’s Merner-Pfeiffer Hall of Science Addition with the layout of the column lines for the roof’s structural support system. Roberto got to see first hand how surveyors use some of the latest surveying equipment and how important the surveying component is to the success of a project.
