McKim & Creed Announces Senior VPs

Raleigh, NC— Tim Baldwin, PE, Tim Cawood, PLS, Street Lee, PE, and Mark Smith, PE, LEED AP, have been promoted to senior vice presidents at McKim & Creed, an engineering, surveying and planning firm with offices throughout the Southeast.

In their new roles, Cawood will oversee the company’s geomatics (surveying and mapping) services, Lee will be in charge of water and wastewater services, and Smith will manage the development and natural resources business unit. Baldwin will be responsible for business development in the water and wastewater industry.

“These individuals have made significant impacts in their areas of expertise, and we are pleased to recognize and celebrate their accomplishments through this promotion,” said Michael Creed, PE, chairman and CEO of McKim & Creed.

Baldwin joined McKim & Creed in 1991 as a project manager. Cawood came to the company in 1985 as a surveyor, and Lee began his association with McKim & Creed in 1986 as a project engineer. In 2005, Smith joined McKim & Creed as the national director of planning and land development.


McKim & Creed provides engineering, surveying and planning services from offices throughout the Southeast.  The company has won numerous awards and accolades, including being named one of the nation’s top architectural/engineering/contracting firms by Public Works and Southeast Construction magazines, and one of the top 200 environmental firms in the United States by Engineering News-Record magazine.
