CRYSTAL LAKE, ILL. – Knaack LLC now offers replacement key service online for all WEATHER GUARD truck and van equipment, offering convenience and time savings for distributors and end users.

Replacement keys can be ordered online in just a few steps. The user chooses what equipment the key belongs to: van or truck. Then the user selects the correct type of lock from the choices shown on the page; enters the key code; and indicates the number of sets needed. Finally, the user purchases the sets online. The user-friendly site provides additional assurance to the user that the right key is being ordered by providing matching pictures of key and locks.

The key code, which is engraved into the key, is needed to order replacement keys. For registered products, key codes may be found on the Web site in the “Product Registration” section or inside unlocked boxes. If the code cannot be determined, replacement keys cannot be purchased and the lock will have to be replaced.

“One of the strengths of the WEATHER GUARD brand is end user support,” said William Zbylut II, vice president, marketing, Knaack LLC. “The replacement key center offers 24/7 customer convenience and makes the process of replacing lost or damaged keys much easier. Our online product registration Web site offers customers a convenient service for tracking their boxes and key codes.”

The Web site supplies replacement keys for both van and truck equipment. Truck equipment locks are: D-Handle locks, EXTREME PROTECTION, PACK RAT drawer units, Paddle Handle Hi-Side boxes, RED PUSHBUTTON locks and T-handle all-purpose chests. Available van equipment locks are: file boxes, van shelf cabinets, PACK RAT drawer units and ITEMIZER locks.

All replacement keys are sold for $20 per set of two keys.
