Dietrich, Bailey and Associates, PC Promotes Harbour to Associate

Plymouth, Michigan – Dietrich, Bailey and Associates, P.C. (DBA), a regional civil engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying firm promotes Stephanie Harbour, PE, LEED AP from Project Manager to Associate.

Ms. Harbour received a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Michigan State University and a Masters of Science in Hazardous Waste Management from Wayne State University. Stephanie is a Certified Construction Site Storm Water Operator, holds a certificate of Hazardous Material Management, is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Michigan, is a LEED Accredited Professional, and belongs to the American Society of Civil Engineers.

“Since 2001, Stephanie has demonstrated her ability as an Engineer and Project Leader that can now be applied on a greater scale in the firm,” said Michael Bailey, PE, President of DBA.


Established in 1968, Dietrich, Bailey and Associates, P.C. is a multi-disciplined organization providing professional Civil Engineering, Landscape Architectural, and Surveying services. Headquartered in Plymouth, with a second office in Monroe, DBA serves Wayne, Monroe, Livingston, Washtenaw, and the surrounding counties. DBA recently became a subsidiary of Spalding DeDecker Associates, Inc., an engineering consulting firm specializing in infrastructure, land development, and surveying.
